
undefined mixture of starter cultures (UMSC) is used in cheese making. Deciphering UMSC microbial diversity is important to optimize industrial processes. The UMSC studied using methods based on culture-dependent and culture-independent. MALDI-TOF MS enabled the identification of species, especially of the genus Lactococcus. Comparison of carbohydrate metabolism profiles allowed to discriminate five phenotypes of Lactococcus (n = 26/1616). 16S sequence analysis (V1-V3, V3-V4 region) microbial diversity UMSC clustered into two operational taxonomic units Lactococcus (Otus).
Results improved clustering algorithm on the order of the household DADA2 snoring. L. lactis five variants were detected among the UMSC. Whole-genome sequencing of six isolates permitted to identify subspecies lactis using Illumina® (n = 5) and Pacbio® (n = 1) technology. KEGG analysis confirms the L. lactis species-specific niche adaptation and highlight pseudogenization progressive genes.

Dexamethasone (DXM) is a synthetic adrenal corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties that are used for therapeutic purposes in a variety of pathologies and the most commonly used corticosteroids to anabolic goal in beef cattle. It is evident that DXM causes histologic changes can be tracked as an increase in fatty infiltration of the thymus is associated with a decrease in the ratio of the cortex-medulla simultaneously, so that histological examination of the thymus gland has been established as a biomarker morphology indirectly.
The purpose of this study was to compare the thymus histology and DXM concentration in biological fluids collected in a slaughterhouse after 1 month of treatment DXM. Both strains may have a different genetic mutations that lead to different patterns of pathogenesis-related virus gene, Vpr.The amino acid patterns and genetic diversity VPR analyzed and characterized CRF01_AE HIV-1 and HIV-1 strains.
The CRF07_BC VPR gene amplified from RNA virus was extracted and DNA sequencing performed using ABI3730 analysis. The composition of amino acid positions, and the genetic variation within VPR sequences were analyzed by Bio-Editing Software 7.2 and 6.01 Mega Total packages.A of 162 CRF01_AE and 80 CRF07_BC VPR derived sequence obtained by DNA sequencing. CRF01_AE patients showed a higher viral loads and lower CD4 cell counts than patients CRF07_BC (P <0.05).
