AGONOTES: A Robot Annotator for Argonaute Proteins.

Argonaute protein (Ago) exists in almost all organisms. In eukaryotes, functions as a system for the regulation of gene expression. In prokaryotes, it is a kind of defense against invasive alien genome. Ago system has been engineered to silence genes and genome editing and play an important role in biological studies.

With an increasing number of genomes and proteomes of various microbes become available, computational tools to identify and annotating argonaute protein is needed. We introduce AGONOTES (Argonaute Note). This is a web service designed specifically for identifying and annotating Ago. AGONOTES using BLASTP similarity search algorithm to categorize all proteins are delivered into three groups: argonaute prokaryotic protein (Pago), argonaute eukaryotic proteins (EAGO), and non-argonaute protein (non-Ago).

Argonaute proteins can then be adjusted to match the standard set Ago sequence using the program MUSCLE multiple sequence alignment. All functional domains can be further Ago curated from the alignment and visualized easily through the module Bio :: Graphic in bundles BioPerl. Compared with the existing tools such as CD-Search and the available databases such as UniProt and AGONOTES show much better performance on domain explanation, which is the basis for studying the new Ago. AGONOTES freely accessible in https://i.uestc.edu.cn/agonotes/. AGONOTES is a friendly tool for annotating Ago domain of the proteome, or a series of protein sequences.


Tuning the molecular and electronic properties of Pt (II) complex -organic have profound effects on their application in the fields of technology, medicine and engineering crystals. Here, we present a combination of infrared and Raman spectroscopic investigations on trans-PtCl2 (PEt3) 2 systematically carried out at various temperatures from 300 to 4.2 K in various spectral. Studies suggest orientational change drastically different from the group at around 180 K and 130 K in the group of ligands bound to the central Pt atom. This is accompanied by systematic strengthening of hydrogen bonds C-H ⋯ Cl in the temperature range 180-130 K.

Tumor-derived extracellular vesicles: insight observer effect of exosomes after irradiation.

This review article aims to overcome the kinetic of TDES on cancer cells pre and post-radiotherapy. Radiotherapy is traditionally used for the treatment of some types of cancer; However, there is growing evidence indicates that radiotherapy NTEs exerts on cells close to irradiated cells. Of note, exosomes are nano-scale particles release cells from tumor cells and play a key role in the survival, metastasis and tumor cell immunosuppression. Recent evidence suggests that irradiation has the potential to affect the dynamics of the different signaling pathways such as the exosome biogenesis. Indeed, exosomes act as a mediator between the various cell communication through the transmission of bio-molecules. Because of their important role in cancer biology, exosomes are in the limelight. Interestingly, radiotherapy and IR can also contribute to change the dynamics of exosome secretion. Most likely, the contents of exosomes in irradiated cells was different than the exosomes derived from non-irradiated BCs. irradiated cells release exosomes with exclusive content NTEs mediate in BC. Given the variation in cell type, dose IR, and radio-resistance or radio-sensitivity of different cancers, there is, however, a contradiction in exosomes irradiation features and activities on neighboring cells.
